Located adjacent to the Merritt Island Airport (KCOI), River Fly-In is a pilot's dream. Merritt Island Airport is your getaway base with a runway less than a mile from your front door.
The airport holds a 3,601-foot runway with a variety of amenities and clubs.
Free flight training is available for unlicensed professionals wishing to reside at River Fly-In, along with experienced pilots who wish to brush up on their skills.

Our Condos
River Fly-In encompasses 13 acres of pristine natural surroundings. We have four different floor plans depending on your needs on just over 13 acres in a Natural Setting.
- Rolls Royce: 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, around 2400-2503square feet, on the southeast corner.
- Lycoming: 2 bedrooms, study, and two bathrooms, 1859 -1952 square feet, on the southeast corner
- Continental: 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, 1784-1956 square feet, end units on each building wing.
- Rotax: 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, 1334 -1962 square feet, 10 of such type on each floor.
All units are equipped with a Lazy Susan, 9-foot ceilings, Soft Close All Wood Cabinets, Granite Countertops, and Porcelain Tile. Customize your condo and choose from a wide variety of upgrades! Banana river access feasibility is underway!
